With 12 years of testing engineering experience, he is currently the QA Leader of BitoPro, leading a team of 6 people responsible for the quality strategy and engineering efficiency of the cryptocurrency trading platform. His career spans mobile phone hardware, input methods, car machines/TVs, and cryptocurrency trading systems. He has built automated testing architectures from 0 to 1 in four companies.

In recent years, the focus has shifted from "test execution" to engineering efficiency infrastructure - independently designing and delivering the R&D department's real-time dashboard, multi-environment monitoring center and AI ticket analysis system, turning quality from the responsibility of QA into a measurable indicator of the entire R&D organization. The technology stack spans test automation (Robot Framework/Appium/Playwright) and back-end engineering (FastAPI/MySQL/K8s/WebSocket).
